REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Does AutoMount.in give refund?
Yes, we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the product you can inform us within 30 days of receiving it. Our team will confirm your request and will inform you whether the product needs to be shipped back to us or whether you can keep the product. Please note that uninformed returns will NOT be accepted by us. Please call us at +91-9938059870 and we will guide you through the procedure. We request you to please follow the below procedure:
- Email to us at email@example.com OR firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Request”.
- Please include the following in the email content: Your name, address, phone number, brief reason for the request and whether you want a replacement for the product or whether you want your money back.
- Please attach a picture of the product if it is a damaged product.
- We will get back to you in 24 hours. Typically our team will inform you whether the product needs to be shipped back to us or whether you can keep the product.
- In case the product is to be shipped back to us, we will provide you with a return label. Please print it and paste it on the box. Please take care that the product is packed carefully and the box is not making any sound when shaken. Send the box through a reputed courier company (Blue Dart, Aramex, DTDC, First Flight, AFL, DHL, FedEx) and provide us the Tracking number. Once the product reaches us, we will immediately inform you and start processing your request.
- In case we don’t ask for a return, your request will be processed immediately following our confirmation email.
Within What Time Period Do I Have To Return The Product?
You need to inform us about the return within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the shipment. If we do not receive a call or email from you within 30 days (including day 30) from the date of receiving the shipment, we will not be able to accept the returned product and we will not be able to provide refund or replacement.
Under what conditions can I return the shipment?
You may return the product for any reason including but not limited to damaged product either during shipment or a manufacturing defect, not happy with the product, multiple orders etc. Please feel free to give us feedback in any case as we will be able to improve our service to you later.
Cancellation of Order by User
The user can cancel the order if the order state is “pending”. Please inform us about the cancellation as quickly as possible by contacting the following phone number: +91-9938059870. If the order is already processed we will not be able to cancel it. If order is not processed we will cancel your order and refund your money.
But I really need to cancel it! Is there a way out?
Yes! If you want to cancel it nevertheless, please send us a return request. You will have to bear the shipping expense and we will refund your money.
